With the growth and development of mind and body preschoolers need discipline.  At this age they show their presence by anger or laugh. They also may misbehaving intentionally so that they can get attention of people around them in this way they can do things which can be dangerous for them. To deal this type of behavior among them is to detract their attention towards other constructive things.

Preschooler should understand rules of games, instruction of parents, to give response and should have the control on their body and mind. They misbehave for many reasons. To avoid misbehavior among them it is necessary to find the reason behind their misbehaving.

Reasons of misbehaving of preschoolers

  1. jealousy from other children
  2. feeling of insecurity
  3. frustration
  4. stress  (if surroundings are not healthy)

We shall remember that this is very common among children that when they misbehave they want attention from elders and they also become successful to get attention by misbehaving. This attention is negative for your child and that is one of the main causes of their aggression. While administrating punishment one should remain calm. You should ignore your child when you feel that you can hurt your child physically.

It is a common factor that when you ignore your child when he do misbehave he will soon understand your ignoring and realize that he was wrong that can be the best punishment for him. For the promotion of the good behavior, you should spend extra time with your child that will give a sense of security to them.

All these are the techniques which can be helpful to discipline your child .You should ignore your child’s misbehavior because they are the angels; they don’t know what is right and what is wrong for them. Everything they do is right in front of them they don’t think that something can be harmful to them. It is your duty to discipline them.
